"Hamid's place was just as described and was actually more spacious than we thought it would be considering it was a 1-bedroom. We had a great 4-night stay there. The water access was private and one of the best parts about the place. Hamid was a gracious and friendly host. He let us arrive early to take a work call, and we also got to meet him and sample his yogurt. My husband, pup and I really enjoyed our time there."

"We specifically rented this place to understand the neighborhood and the potential benefits of having access to the lake. As promised, the property has lakefront and we could use the dock. The unit itself is clean, spacious, and well furnished. Hamid was easy to communicate with. It would be nicer if the unit had a direct view of the water but I imagine the price would then be higher."

"we had a very nice stay at Hamid's condo. As previously mentioned in another review, the place is actually larger than it looks in the pictures. We had 2 adults, one child and a small dog and it was perfect! Everything seems new and the appliances are top notch. The beach area is beautiful but rocky so aqua socks may be needed and it is a bit of hike down if you're old and out of shape like me! Going down is a breeze but coming back up is a little harder. Beautiful walk through greenery though. The A/C in the unit is very nice as well and quiet too!"

"I can’t say enough about Hamid’s place. We rented both the apartment and the lakehouse for our wedding after-party and it was the perfect venue. Amazing views out to the lake and guests had lots of fun making s’mores at the fire pit. If only it was a little warmer we would have swam in the lake. Hamid was a clear communicator throughout and even had flowers waiting for us when we returned from the wedding!!! He really went above and beyond - thank you!"
