"Hamid was a very friendly and responsive host. His place is beautifully decorated with nice art on the walls and extremely clean. The kitchen was clearly labeled and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the backyard was perfect for our small dogs. A great place to stay if you are in the Kirkland area."

"This small house was a great stay for me and my friends and we would absolutely go back! The bedrooms were a great size and the bathroom was nicely decorated. We had no issues finding anything and the dining table was a great place for a meal! There is a person that lives on the other side of the kitchen wall but we had no troubles with them. We would definitely recommend this stay with Hamid!"

"We had an easy time of it last week when we stayed at this home. The home is well appointed with good quality furnishings. Sometimes it’s these things that make a difference. Like, a nice newer television and plenty of clean dishes. I work long days in the weather and the shower here was a welcome relief. A huge shower head that poured out tons of hot water, I’d give it 5 stars just for the shower. The owner offered assistance then stayed quiet. When he found my son’s bathroom articles left behind he went out of his way to get them back to us. I’d love to use this home again if I have the need."
